Hawaii nails

Hello everyone!

Hawaii nails

Hawaii reminds me of beautiful nature, lava, palm trees, big waves, surfing, flower necklaces, hula dancing, and a weather with sunshine and a constant pleasant temperature. I hope to go there some time. I only know Hawaii from TV and movies. The latest Hawaii movie I saw was The Descendants, where you see that although one lives in a nice place like Hawaii and looks like Clooney, one has problems like everyone else. And the pineapples on this stamping plate reminds me of Blue Hawaii! Lol! I wish I could have played in that Elvis movie. I would even have been glad to play his mother, like lucky Angela Lansbury.

Sunset/ Fall gradient nails with Kleancolor Chunky Holo Candy

Hello everyone!

Sunset/ Fall gradient

I finally felt like wearing bright colors. I hardly did that this summer. And now when it's getting colder, I felt that everyone would stare at my very bright colored sunset nails. But when I went for a walk to take some photos of them, I looked at the leafs, and suddenly realized that my nails were more like a fall camouflage!

Hello everyone!

I got the last two polishes I ordered in the mail yesterday :-), so I thought I might as well tell you what I bought, because I don't think I will buy more this month. And I've started using some of the polishes already. Let's take a closer look at what I bought:

Black butterfly nails

Hello everyone!

(If the photos appear to be too far to the right, please use Google Chrome!)
Black butterfly nails, N.NAIL- DRN276, from KKCenterHk

This is what I made with my black butterfly modelling clay from KKCenterHk. As you see, I also stamped 3 flowers on my ring finger. And among the photos below, you will see a flower on my thumb too. As a base color for this nail art, I used Gosh #549 Holographic Hero.

Crab on the nails, crab on the plates, crab on the stamping plate, crab, crab, crab.

Hello everyone!

Crab nails, stamping plate SPPMB114, from KKCenterHk

I was going to eat crab claws one night, and remembered that one of my new stamping plates from KKCenterHk actually has a crab image. So after some thinking, I chose to apply a polish that is gold but leaning to silver as background color, and started stamping with a red stamping polish. Here is the result.

KKCenterHk unboxing and first look

Hello everyone!

When I saw these beautiful stamps, I knew that the parcel from KKCenterHk had arrived!!! :-) I remembered that I had seen someone else's photo of the stamps on her parcel, so I was very happy when I saw these beautiful photos of birds. And of course I had to take a photo of them too.

As you see, this parcel came from Hong Kong!!!
KKCenterHk contacted me earlier this summer and asked if I was interested in sponsoring. I became very flattered and happy, but at the same time I was concerned about animal testing. But after some thinking, we decided that they could send me products for nails that have not been tested on animals, and if I use their products, I will link to their web site, and if they like my photos of their products, they can use my photos if they link to my blog. I was pleasantly surprised that I got to choose which products I wanted. I was provided with links to some of their web sites headlines, and could choose 3 items. They have so much on their web site, so it was difficult to decide. We have emailed back and forth, so they told me what they had sent, and now you get a chance to see what's inside the parcel! So I hope you are ready to see photos of the unboxing.

Copper brown magnetic: IsaDora #852 Metal Mystery

Hello everyone!

(If the photos appear to be too far to the right, please use Google Chrome)
IsaDora #852 Metal Mystery

Here is one more of IsaDora's magnetic nail polishes. This is #852 Metal Mystery, from the IsaDora Magnetic Nails Collection that was released in June. It's copper brown, and when I look at my bottle now, I see that it has a shimmer that aren't always visible in my photos.

You are from 70 countries!!!

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to tell you that my flag counter has counted 70 countries!!! I just noticed. :-D I have been looking forward to it for some time. It has been on 69 for a long time.

Here is what I could read on my Flag Counter today:
70 different countries have visited this site.
127 flags counted. (This is when it also counts states in some countries like US and Canada)

One of the good things about the Internet is that I can write and take photos and show it to people living on all continents. :-D

I didn't expect to get viewers from so many countries so soon. But I also wish that I had more viewers from Africa and South America.

If you look at my Flag Counter, you will see that it started counting on the 5th of April, which is a few weeks after I started blogging. My first post is one of the ones with most views, so there should probably have been more flags. In addition, one day someone had been on, the flag counter said that the flag was unknown.

Proof that this blog has been viewed from 70 different countries
The fact that I have viewers from 70 different countries or more makes me very happy. Every time I look at the list, and see that you are from different parts of the world, it makes me happy. Or maybe some of you have been travelling a lot. Either way, thank you for visiting my blog!

Gina Tricot #82 Deep sea (+ glitter)

Hello everyone!

Gina Tricot Beauty Nails #82 Deep sea
This nail polish is called #82 Deep sea, and was bought at Gina Tricot, a store that sells clothes, jewellery, bags and cosmetics. Most bloggers call Gina Tricot's nail polishes "Gina Tricot", as I did in the headline, but on Gina Tricot's web cite, they call it "Bella nail polish". What's written on the bottle is "Gina Tricot Beauty nails".

H&M: Peppermint Fusion

Hello everyone!

H&M: Peppermint Fusion

Today I want to show you Peppermint Fusion by Hennes & Mauritz. As you can see from the length of my nails, I have been wearing this nail polish more than once. One of the reasons was that I bumped into something, so that I had to take it off, and the other reason is that I struggled photographing the shimmer.
